Snipe Cloud Office — Config / DB check (mark8)
Fixes the mark8 install failure (migration transaction error) and Dropbox overwriting live config with laptop 127.0.0.1 settings.
Writes config.local.php on the live host. Does not change PayPal unless you tick "force sandbox".
