Snipe Cloud Office — PayPal setup

PayPal billing guide (also at /PAYPAL-BILLING.html in the Cloud folder root — bookmark it).
Paste live or sandbox Client ID + Secret, click Save. Plans and webhooks are registered via PayPal API automatically.
