Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work. They do not require opt-in.

• Sign-in session — cookie sco_sid. Keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. Deleted when you sign out or the session expires.
• Admin session — cookie sco_admin on the admin area only.
• Security — sign-in protection and (when enabled) bot checks on sign-in and forms.

Functional (your choice)

If you allow functional cookies / storage, we also use:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com on sign-in, registration, and public form submission when Turnstile is enabled. Used to reduce automated abuse.
• Local drafts and recent documents — kept in this browser on this device only. Not available on other devices. Clearing cache or site data removes them. Use Save to Cloud (paid plans) to store documents in your online account.
• Cookie consent memory — sco_consent_v1 in browser storage remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask every visit.

If you reject functional cookies, sign-in and forms may not work when Turnstile is required.

Marketing & third-party media (your choice)

If you allow marketing cookies, free-tier users may see:

• Advertising (A-ADS) — an iframe from acceptable.a-ads.com at the bottom of pages. Paid Pro / Pro Elite plans do not show ads regardless of this setting.

When you insert a video in myPage (YouTube, Vimeo, PeerTube), embedded players load from those providers and may set their own cookies. We only load embeds if you allowed marketing / third-party media.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by PayPal. When you click Subscribe you are redirected to PayPal's site. We do not embed PayPal tracking scripts on Snipe Cloud pages. PayPal's privacy policy applies on their domain.

Your rights (EU / UK / similar laws)

• You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings on the site (link below).
• Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block use of Writer, Calc, Impress, or myPage without an account.
• For account data (email, files, form replies), contact Snipe Group Limited (address above) for access or deletion requests.
