Snipe Cloud Office — how we handle your information

Snipe Cloud Office (SnipeOffice 25.8 Cloud) is operated by Snipe Group Limited (company details below). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account — email address, display name (optional), and a password you choose (stored as a hash, not plain text).
• Sign-in — session cookie sco_sid to keep you logged in (see Cookies).
• Cloud files — documents you save with Save to Cloud on a paid plan, stored in your account until you delete them or your plan ends.
• Form Manager — form definitions and replies you store in your account when you use Form Manager.
• Billing — subscription plan, PayPal subscription reference, and invoice records for paid plans. Card and bank details are handled by PayPal, not on Snipe Cloud pages.
• Support contact — information you send when you contact the operator.

Not stored in your account by default: documents you only File → Save to your computer, Recent documents, and in-app draft autosave (kept on your device only; see Help home → Your files and this device).

How we use it

• Provide Writer, Calc, Impress, myPage, Form Manager, and account features you sign up for.
• Process annual subscriptions and show billing history.
• Protect accounts (sign-in checks, optional bot checks on forms).
• Respond to access, correction, or deletion requests.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage as described on our Cookies page, including optional advertising (free tier), Cloudflare Turnstile (when enabled), and consent preferences (sco_consent_v1).

Third parties

• PayPal — subscription checkout and renewals.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — optional bot check on sign-in and forms.
• A-ADS — optional advertising for free-tier users.
• YouTube, Vimeo, PeerTube — optional video embeds in myPage when you allow marketing / third-party media.

Each provider has its own privacy policy on their site.

Retention

• Account data is kept while your account exists.
• Deleted cloud files may remain in a recycle bin for up to 10 days before permanent removal.
• Billing records are kept as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute handling.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including EU / UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact Snipe Group Limited (address above) to exercise these rights.

Cookie choices can be changed at any time via Cookie settings on the site (see Cookies).

Children

Snipe Cloud Office is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
