This Help Center is for SnipeOffice 25.8 Cloud (Snipe Cloud Office), the web edition that runs in your browser. Documents are edited on this device and saved to your computer; nothing is stored on a Snipe server by default.

Your files and this device

File → Save downloads to your machine. Signing in on another computer with the same account does not copy your saved files there. Use Save to Cloud (Pro) when you want a document kept in your online account.

The Start Center Recent documents list and in-app draft autosave stay on this browser, this machine only. Clearing your browser cache or site data for Snipe Cloud Office removes them. They are not available on other devices.

These HTML help pages are the main way to discover features in Cloud apps. The apps themselves run in the browser and are not indexed like a public website, so search engines will find this Help Center rather than in-app menus.
