Form Manager

Form Manager (modern channel) lets a signed-in account holder design a form, share a fill link, and keep replies in your account for later download as CSV or TXT. Respondents do not need an account.

Why downloadable storage? Replies are kept as a downloadable form database file on your account. We do not email each submission. Email can be lost, delayed, or blocked by spam filters. Downloading your own file is the reliable path.

Who can use it

  • You must be signed in to create forms, view replies, download, or clear.
  • Anyone with the fill link can submit (until the form is closed or full).
  • Open Form Manager from the Modern Start Center.

Plan limits

When a form reaches its reply limit, download the replies, then clear them from your account to accept more.

Workflow

  1. Sign in and open Form Manager.
  2. Create a form. Add questions (text, email, choices, date, and similar).
  3. Save the design. Open the Link tab and copy the fill URL.
  4. Share the link. Replies appear under Replies.
  5. Download CSV or TXT. When the form is full, clear replies after you have your file.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Sign in, create account, and public form submit may show a Cloudflare Turnstile check when it is enabled for this site. Respondents complete the check before a reply is stored.

Payment details are blocked

Forms must not ask for credit card numbers, bank account numbers, IBANs, sort codes, CVV codes, or similar payment details. Field labels and submitted values that look like payment data are rejected. Form Manager is for contact and survey-style replies, not card processing.
