Apps

Snipe Cloud Office includes Writer, Calc, Impress, myPage, and Form Manager (modern only). Writer, Calc, Impress, and myPage are available in two channels: legacy (classic HTML/JavaScript, Legacy Start Center) and modern (ES modules, Modern Start Center). See Browsers & channels to choose the right channel.

Writer

Legacy channel

Word processor with fonts, bold/italic/underline, alignment, lists, tables, styles, page layout, forms, and spell check. Menus include Styles (paragraph, character, list styles), Form (design mode and form controls), and an extended Table menu (merge, split, sort, protect, autoformat). Insert → Clipart Gallery and Insert Image (15,000+ images; see Clipart gallery). File → Save covers ODF, Word, HTML, plain text, config, and subtitle formats (Writer file formats). Export as PDF and EPUB.

Modern channel

Same core editing with streamlined menus, Save As, Close, and open/save for ODF and Word packages. Save to Cloud (Pro) stores documents in cloud storage. Spelling, word count, find and replace, AutoCorrect, and Options remain under Tools.

Calc

Legacy channel

Spreadsheet with formulas (e.g. =SUM(A1:A5)), formatting, sheet tabs, and data tools. Click cells while editing a formula to insert addresses (Shift+click for a range). Menus include Styles, full Sheet operations, Data (sort, filter, text to columns, select range), and Tools (AutoInput, protect sheet, language). Grid size is 30×12 by default. See Calc file formats.

Modern channel

Larger grid (300×60), formula bar, AutoSum, .ods / .xlsx / CSV open and save, Save As, Close, and Pro cloud save. Sort, filter, recalculate, and protect sheet under Data and Tools.

Impress

Legacy channel

Slide editor with multiple slides, templates, slide show menu (start, rehearse, settings), master slides, transitions, and export to HTML slideshow. Open and save ODF (.odp, .otp, .fodp) and PowerPoint 2007+ (.pptx). Clipart and Insert Image like Writer. See Impress file formats.

Modern channel

Multi-slide editor with thumbnail pane, duplicate/delete slides, text boxes, clipart, ODF and PPTX open/save, export PDF/EPUB, Pro cloud save, and slide show from the View menu.

myPage

Legacy channel

Multi-file web site editor: HTML, CSS, XML, and text in one project. Design, Code, and Preview views; folder list; navigation tree; ten site templates (menus and framesets); sitemap and robots.txt generators; clipart; ZIP download and Save to Cloud.

Modern channel

Everything in legacy myPage, plus Find & Replace, Embed Video, HTML Tag inserter, Table menu, colour picker, code hints, SEO Meta Inspector (per-page title, category, expires, OG/Twitter), Technical Meta Tags (site-wide viewport, theme-color, rating, distribution, revisit-after presets, publisher, charset, robots, cache, hreflang), Social Meta Tags (site-wide social-* profiles on every page), Contact Meta Tags (site-wide phone, email, address), Check Links, Validate HTML, Box Model Inspector, spelling, draft autosave, .htaccess SEO Rules (HTTPS, www, 301/302, trailing slash, extensions, parameters, 410 Gone), and Generate Error Pages (404/410/500/503 templates). Form Manager

Modern channel only

Sign-in required. Design forms, share a public fill link, store replies on your account, and download CSV or TXT (not emailed: safer than spam-prone mail). Clear replies when a form is full to accept more. Limits: Free 5 forms / 50 replies each; Pro 10 / 500; Pro Elite 20 / 1000. Credit card and bank number fields are blocked. See Form Manager.
